Rates are per night, per bungalow, for 2 persons, taxes included,
We offer a night for each whole week spent in Phidjie Lodge, 2 nights for 2 weeks and so on (**), based only on a night rate for two persons.
A 30% deposit must be paid to confirm your booking,
The balance must be paid in real at the end of you stay. Indeed, we do not possess banking terminal,
An additional charge will be applied, for each extra person, per night (6 years of age and over),
You have to stay two nights minimum in Phidjie Lodge,
Our guests will have to vacate bungalow before 10:00 am. We only receive our guests starting from 2:00 pm, any need for extra time must be indicated before 10:00 am. Subject to availability,
Breakfasts are optional, because our bungalows are equipped to make them itself. But on simple request 24 h before or by email, we can offer you wonderful vitamins awabenings for $10 by person,
The management reserves the right to decline bookings,
The management of Phidjie Lodge will not be held responsible for any damage caused by major events,
The management of Phidjie Lodge declines any responsibility in case of thefts in bungalows, also in case of thefts or damage on the cars,
Our guests will be held responsible for any damage caused in bungalows. An additional charge will be applied,
In the event of cancellation of your stay, your installment could be to you restored under the following conditions (***) :
entirely (less banking charges), if Phidjie Lodge is informed 2 months by advance, by half 1 month by advance, in any part so less 15 days, to do so you will have to justify.
The sums will have in their totality even in the event of change for some reasons that it is, during the stay, of the simple will of our hosts,
Stays will be due in their totality, except if our hosts tell us (by e-mail) minimum 1 month before the beginning of their holidays.
No deposit will be paid off for the reservations in high period, in case of cancellation of the stay, whatever the reasons.
No payments Credit Cards accepted, only cash or Paypal.

(**) Not accumulative offer, only on your stay. Free night rate is based in normal season.
(***) For payments Paypal, 20 % of the deposit will however be retained for banking charges and of management.
